EventVillage generally does not store full payment card numbers or complete bank account credentials.

4. LISTING INFORMATION
When Hosts create Listings, we may collect and display:

• Contact or booking preferences
Certain Listing information may be publicly visible.
Exact addresses may be withheld until appropriate points in the booking process depending on category and Platform settings.
5. BOOKING AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION
When users make or receive bookings, we may collect:

• Booking date
• Service or reservation dates
• Number of guests, vehicles, spaces, tickets, or items
• Booking status

6. DIRECT PAYMENT INFORMATION
Some Listings may allow users to arrange payment outside EventVillage.
For those Listings, we may collect information about:

• Village Pass eligibility
We generally do not collect or control the actual Direct Payment between users.
7. EXTERNAL BOOKING INFORMATION
Some Listings may direct users to third-party websites such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Eventbrite, or a Host's own website.
We may collect:
• The external destination URL
• Destination platform
• Date and time of outbound click
• Listing clicked
• Village
• Device type
• Referring page
• Logged-in account identifier when applicable
We may use this information to measure Listing performance.
We do not control information collected by third-party websites after you leave EventVillage.
8. COMMUNITY INFORMATION
When you participate in Village communities, we may collect and display:
• Community posts
• Comments
• Reactions
• Photos
• Recommendations
• Lost and found posts
• Meetup posts
• Questions
• Reports
• Moderation history
Community content may be visible to other users and, depending on Platform settings, the public.
Do not post sensitive personal information in community areas.
9. MESSAGES
EventVillage may provide messaging between Members, Hosts, Businesses, and support staff.
We may collect and retain:

• Attachments
• Sender and recipient information
• Date and time
• Read status
• Conversation reports
• Transaction or dispute connections

If EventVillage is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Marketplace transactions and Host accounts generally require users to be at least 18.

Automated moderation may result in content being flagged for review.
41. EXTERNAL BOOKING CLICK TRACKING
When a Listing directs to another website, we may record the outbound click.
This allows Hosts and EventVillage to understand how many users visited the booking destination.
An outbound click does not necessarily mean a booking occurred.
42. SPOTLIGHT AND PROMOTED LISTINGS
If Hosts purchase promotional placement, EventVillage may collect and process information related to:
• Promotion dates
• Listing selected
• Village
• Category
• Payment
• Views
• Clicks
• Performance
We may provide performance analytics to the Host.
43. VILLAGE PASS DATA
If you purchase a Village Pass, we may collect:
• Village associated with the pass
• Purchase date
• Expiration date
• Payment information
• Number of Listings published
• Pass status
44. BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
Business accounts may include additional information such as:
• Business name
• Business contact information

• Team members

Business administrators may have access to information associated with their authorized team members.
