By becoming a Host, creating a Listing, accepting a booking, receiving payment through EventVillage, purchasing a Village Pass, promoting a Listing, or otherwise offering goods, services, spaces, opportunities, or experiences through EventVillage, you agree to these Host Terms.
If you do not agree, you may continue using EventVillage as a Member where permitted, but you may not act as a Host.
1. What Is a Host?
A "Host" is an EventVillage Member who creates, publishes, manages, or offers one or more Listings through the Platform.
Hosts may include individuals, sole proprietors, businesses, organizations, property owners, renters with appropriate permission, event professionals, service providers, vendors, and other authorized users.

EventVillage may change fee rates prospectively.
Existing confirmed transactions will remain subject to the fee structure applicable when the booking was created unless otherwise disclosed.
25. Free Listing With EventVillage Payments
EventVillage may permit Hosts using EventVillage Payments to publish qualifying Listings without an upfront publishing fee.
This does not mean the transaction is free.
Applicable Platform fees, payment processing fees, taxes, or other disclosed charges may still apply.
26. Direct Payment Listing Fees
Hosts using Direct Payment may be required to pay a publishing fee.
EventVillage's current intended individual rate is:
$2 per qualifying Direct Payment Listing

$2 per qualifying External Booking Listing
The Host remains responsible for any fees charged by the external booking platform.
